What is the difference between classical and acoustic guitars????
Classical guitars ARE acoustic guitars. You meant to ask about the difference between classical guitars and steel-string acoustic guitars (also often called “folk” guitars).
Beyond the obvious difference that one uses nylon strings and the other uses steel, there are several differences in construction that those different strings necessitate. There are also some minor differences in wood selection as well. Obviously, those differences lead to a very different sound.
They are roughly the same size though.
Don’t go thinking that all nylon string guitars are classical guitars either, there are also flamenco guitars, which are quite different.
