Is it possible to get an steel string acoustic sound out of nylon string guitar?
It is not possible at the moment to get a new guitar, so don’t suggest that. I’m just wondering is it possible to gain a steel string sound, or something similar out of a nylon string? I have classical from when I first started playing around 2-3 years ago, and I don’t play music nylon string songs, mostly song meant to be played on steel string. I know it doesn’t really matter much, but I’m just wondering.
Don’t ever put steel strings on a classical. You night get lucky, but the bridge, neck, bod, none of the guitar is made to handle the extra stress put on it by steel strings. Just work on your ability and save up for a steel string acoustic
